Nathan owner and founder of Kinley Built was born and raised in Williamsport Pennsylvania. He worked construction all through high school and then attended the Pennsylvania College of Technology. He moved to Estes Park in 1997 because of his love for the mountains and soon pursued his dream of owning a building company in 2014. He has vast experience in building luxury custom homes and commercial buildings. He is committed to building relationships with clients and going above and beyond to create beauty that will last.

Our team

Growing up in eastern Colorado, Eris is a Colorado native. She had great success in the building and design industry, prior to joining the Kinley Built team in 2020. She has a wide range of construction and design knowledge that allowed her to take dozens of multi-million dollar homes from concept to completion. She is one of the primary conduits between our clients and other professionals, such as architects , engineers, electricians , plumbers and more, which allows her to oversee every detail and ensure job success. Eris is also extremely passionate about interior design, working alongside her clients to select their materials and finishes, coordinate colors, and plan their spaces and layouts.

As part of the Kinley Built team for more than 6 years , she is the glue that holds us all together. She calls Estes her forever home after moving here full- time 10 years ago. Her parents were builders in the Estes Valley in the 40s so Karen spent every summer of her life coming to the mountains. Nathan built her dream home four years ago, so she has an understanding of all sides of the business.

Miguel our project manager who has been with Kinley Built for over 9 years. With a wealth of experience in the field and managing crews, Miguel is a hardworking and talented craftsman who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. His passion for the craft shines through in every project, and we’re proud to have him as a part of our team. Miguel excels at collaborating with clients, ensuring their vision is realized at every stage of the build, resulting in the dream home they've always wanted.

Kent brings a deep understanding of both the numbers and the craft behind every Kinley Built project. With years of experience in construction — including a strong background in trim carpentry — he knows that the smallest details are often what matter most. That perspective carries through everything he does, from estimating and bidding to managing projects in the field. Kent has a clear pulse on current construction costs and how to align a project with a client’s goals, helping turn ideas into something realistic, buildable, and well-executed. His approach is straightforward: understand the vision, plan it correctly, and make sure it’s done right.

Joseph brings over 32 years of construction experience to the Kinley Built team. Starting at a young age, construction has always been a part of his life — shaping a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of how projects come together from the ground up. As a project manager, Joseph works closely with the team to execute the custom details that define each build. He has a sharp eye for quality, understands the importance of precision, and knows how to keep projects moving forward. His experience shows in the way he approaches every job — steady, detail-focused, and committed to getting it done right.
