When Your Home Finally Becomes Yours
Move-In Day
Before move-in, we walk the entire home with you one last time. This is where we slow things down and focus on the details.
The team goes through and blue tapes anything that needs final attention:
Small touch-ups
Finish adjustments
Final details
Nothing gets rushed at this stage. Because this isn’t about building anymore — it’s about making sure everything is exactly how it should be.

If you’ve been considering building a custom home, this is what the process leads to.
A home designed around you — and a team that stands behind it long after it’s complete.
If you want to understand how to get started, we’ve put together a step-by-step design checklist to guide you through it.

Thinking About Building?
Every home we build represents more than just a project.
It represents a relationship.
We’ve spent months working together — planning, designing, building, refining.
By the time move-in day comes, you’re not just a client.
You’re part of the Kinley Built family.

Questions come up after you move in. That’s normal.
Whether it’s understanding a system, referencing a finish, or needing guidance down the road — our team is here.
We don’t disappear once the build is complete.
You have a team you can reach out to, long after the project is done.

Ongoing Support — Long After Move-In
At Kinley Built, we don’t treat this as the end, because for you, it’s just the beginning.
At move-in, we provide a full home binder that includes: Your material and finish selections, Product information, Warranty details
So you always have a clear reference for your home moving forward.

This is the moment where everything connects. The layout you walked through on paper. The materials you carefully selected. The views you prioritized.
All fully built, all in front of you. For most clients, this is the first time they truly experience the home as a whole. And it’s one of the most rewarding parts of the process — for you and for us.
